Tuesday marks one full month of the U.S. government shutdown.
The shutdown started on December 22, 2018, due to a congressional impasse over President Trump’s demand for $5.7 billion in federal funds to build a U.S-Mexico border wall.
Geek.com reports that spiritual guru Deepak Chopra and crowdfunding platform GoFundMe teamed up to provide relief for the hundreds of thousands of furloughed employees, who are not receiving a paycheck during the shutdown.
