“Extra’s” Renee Bargh caught up with humanitarian Deepak Chopra, who is showing us how to live a healthier, happier life in his new film “The Mindfulness Movement.”
Of the movie, Chopra shared, “You’ll see many examples of people who have suffered greatly with illness or panic attacks or even homelessness and have the practice not only saved their lives but acutally made them human beings that have meaning and purpose.”
Amid the COVID-19 epidemic, Deepak has teamed up with Oprah Winfrey to offer a free 21-day meditation “Find Hope in Uncertain Times.”
