In this video, I share a transformative practice of letting go and surrender, inspired by Dr. David Hawkins’ book Letting Go: The Pathway of Surrender. This practice is simple but deeply powerful—it helps release the unprocessed emotions and feelings that we often resist. These unprocessed emotions are the root of many psychological and spiritual challenges.

I’ll walk you through how to let go of resistance and allow feelings to flow through you naturally. We’ll discuss the common ways we avoid feelings—through repression, suppression, expression, and escape—and how to instead hold space for those feelings to process and dissolve. This practice has had a profound impact on my life, and I’m excited to guide you through a short letting go session to experience it yourself.

🔹 Key Points:

–The simplicity of letting go and surrender.
–How unprocessed emotions block our growth and well-being.
–A guided practice to begin your journey of letting go.
–Insights from Dr. David Hawkins’ Letting Go book.

As typical humans.. I believe that (for various reasons .. for ourselves) the best way to move forward, is to not allow negative thoughts to get a foothold. Ground out the useless and filter in the best positive energy. Any of us that grants our time and our minds (emotions) to anything with a negative pole.. is completely missing the boat. It is ultimately up to us. One by one

The best explanation ever. I've started to experience that, but it definitely requires time and practice. I'm still struggling with some "big" feelings I'm not able to truly let go, I hope I'll be able one day.

Thank you so much! This is exactly what I was looking for. I read the book a couple of times as well and really just wanted to be reminded of the process because I was absolutely convinced of the power.

This book my # 1and I'm reading other D. Hawkins books as well and I love it ! And I've been practicing letting go already for 2 years or more and it really changed me and my life. ❤

@Invigilation says:

Spot on – I was shown this by a healer, and have eventually learned that by allowing the feeling to be it does pass. Sometimes it can seem overwhelming, but I now turn and say "I see you, I feel you, I recognise you have a purpose' and it has been transformative. Sometimes I'll find the lesson/association/memory it's attached to and just acknowledge it exists in this form because I create it – even if it is in my subconscious, or not apparently under my control. It's so interesting as the lightness that comes afterwards almost gives a reason to generate more of the same! Years of EFT seemed to bring up the feelings but did not bring me much resolution, but facing the feelings has helped them to change their quality – so far, anyway.

Thank you! Been a student of Dr. Hawkins for almost 20 years and like a lot of us, missed that simple paragraph in his most important book. Yay!

Such an important and simple practice that I wish more people knew existed. Been doing this for years now as well. Once you make a habit of it everything clicks and yes life gets MUCH easier. Thanks for this.

I’m very grateful to find this. I am reading the book and felt the same way, ‘when is he going to explain how…’ Your simple exercise was super-helpful. 🙏🏻

I’m so grateful to come across this video and your channel, I understand the process, did the guided letting go practice and I noticed a pain I had which had behind: fear, anxiety, hopelessness, victimization and with the little practice it helped me release most of it, thanks so much! Just subbed! 🙌❤️

@Nyfiken-8 says:

Really well put, I also conclude that this works if done properly (it takes some determination). Imagine how this could deflate all unnecessary human conflicts tormenting the world…

@mathewharrison3537 says:

Thank you 🙏

@halcyon-cg2eb says:

I'm still not sure if I understand this process. Let's say you are thinking about something unpleasant from the past, then the feeling comes up. In order to keep this feeling going for 90 seconds, you have to keep thinking about the unpleasant event, otherwise that feeling disappears?!
