The truth is SIMPLE, if it was complicated, everyone would understand it! Yes, I'm afraid there's nothing more to solving the mystery of yourself than simply living in the PRESENT MOMENT, or in AWARENESS, a place of enormous power. Resistance is living OUTSIDE the present moment, where things are never ok, and you perpetuate the distress of dissatisfaction.

High Bliss states have been experienced multiple times. The body just sits with love smiling. Completley unconditionally loving. It seems to leave after moving around a bit.
