Got 1:00 in, and stopped watching – this is flawed. Once humans begin understanding that existence in the phsyical expression is beyond the "mind" only and that thoughts (which is how existence exists) only come from the brain, is when the understanding of self moves forward from 3D fearbased to 4D creational. People, you are grander than what human's limited "knowledge and tools" can dictate at this time in "invention".

Consciousness is One
and we are a mere expression of it!
Matter doesn't exist
we just perceive it as such
We are in a collective dream
A dream of limitation, sickness and poverty.
The illusion is about to be dispelled,
there's no linear time
by studying hystory, we repeat the mistakes of the past, caught in a loop.
It's a world of energetic field, everything is made of energy and Consciousness shapes this energy according to the belief it helds. Believe nothing, do nothing and Maya will collapse!

leisure walks are the only exercise I get.
I have a bad back, I can't do much.
fitness is far from my thing.
for him: fitness is EVERYTHING.
why would I do this to myself? why why why?

We are cause and effect by-products – the whole Universe is one great big interconnected cause and effect sequence. And we presume to be above this, to transcend it? The Universe / God just laughs at our arrogance/ignorance/ego.

I get what he is suggesting but there is cause and effect .
The love of God is us as an effect . An effect not thee effect . And no Einstein was not a genius . It's just something we believe in ignorance and programming .
