I am trying really hard to learn all of this, but what is MESSING ME UP is the past memories _____ every bad thing I did or said or even a bad thought and mistakes I made in the past, because I heard someone say that God cannot hear the prayers of sinners _____ I thought we are all sinners ___ so all the times I have asked God to forgive me ( scriptures say God will wipe our slate clean when he forgives us ), I kind of wonder did God hear me ______ is my slate wiped clean, so I can now work on what Eckhart Tolle is teaching us ?? I am so confused because another person said God knows we are unable to be prefect & he just wants us to love him & I do. If there is anyone out there that has a very close relationship with God, PLEASE say a prayer for me & ask him to forgive every bad thing I ever did, said or thought __ so I can know that my slate has been wiped clean & I can start life over & learn all of these teachings.

Person one.. it a miserable gloomy day, can't do anything or go anywhere without getting wet, stuck inside It's bloody depressing, Look at it out there!
Person two.. It's raining let's grab our coats and go for a walk in the rain, it sounds and looks lovely we're not made of sugar, or we can Battern down the hatches it's always Cosy inside when it's raining,… I love it, look at it comming down out there!
Diametrically opposite perceptions both are accurate views, present moment awareness gives you the space to be aware of your thoughts and the opportunity to gain a fantastic skill to shape them to better serve you, this my friends will create and produce healthy internal chemistry resulting in a happy and much more positive life. Be present enough to ask how well does this thought serve me?

I love this guy! Helps me a lot. But, is he a buddhist? Coz he kept on telling about the Buddha in his speeches. Or does anything he’s saying in the Bible?
Presence is always happening, like breathing. You need to move to get somewhere. Stop the excuses. Stop sleeping your life away.
Years ago I did not understand him. Now after a lot of reading and thinking and practicing I know what he is talking about.
