It seems his teachings are only for people who are at a point in their lives where they are ready to hear him. Ten years ago i tried listening to this and it made no sence what so ever.
if u follow Eckhart's pointers, there is no longer a need to meditate…i have followed his pointers and found this is true for me…i feel peace all the time, no need to 'plan' a 'time' to meditate…really wonderful!
id laugh twice as loud amd as much as dude in the audience. if it botherd you its youre problem and my bliss. I wouldnt even have the slightest urge to look around to see who I was "annoying" I know too many people that are stifled over the most irrelevent things. think about how big the universe and think about somebody laughing out of the joy of existing in this universe. Haters gonna hate, talk crap behind youre back, in the comments section ect. its the mind making unable to also enjoy life. dont join the hate mob. you are the master of youre life what you percieve a situation a sound etc is youre reality.

Wow, another amazing talk by the Master Eckhart (my private Yoda LOL). Regarding the person laughing in the background, why do you think is annoying?… remember, "It is as it is", so at this moment, that person had to be there, just laughing with all of us :)

He sits there saying either fuck all or talking shite and is always supported by a coquetry of true believers who welcome his every utterance with peals of "New Age" laughter or sighs of "spiritual delight".
Basically, he says fuck all whilst wearing a weird, New Age cardigan without buttons. That's all!!!!
