Thank you E. T. 🙏
For me
First there was the experience of profound bliss. It was the experience of life and love pouring out of my heart with every breath.
Second there was the experience of Gods(energy) presence in everything.
For me it was a completly breathtaking and overwelming experience of life and love everywhere in everything.
Third, it was the experience of my soul. Total peace. No judgement. No thought, no feeling. Quiet. Just an observation of what is. An unconditional love.

Pure essense.

When your told you have something within you which is bad eg ego it's the shame cycle all over again which many go through in religions etc so the misinformation around ego needs to stop ever since watching nero knowledge on YouTube I understand it properly

@AGWme says:

Try and stop taking yourself so serious. Instead do what you CAN, right where you ARE, with what you HAVE. I am 72 now and finally…content. God bless❤
