Oh…found this video after just resigning for the very first time from a really toxic project. Every zoom call the team leader verbally attacked me or other team leaders personally and professionally. One colleague cried online and the next week left for 'personal reasons.' Four days ago the same team leader verbally attacked me again. I decided the money was not worth having to listen to the vetricolic toxic team leader. I wrote to the whole team and said I couldnt work in such an environment and was resigning then and there.
