OK, but all Chopra's early coincidences seemed to be positive, and his father was physician to Mountbatten…so he had a monstrous head start. I had a chance to become a physician, but 'coincidences' happened to me, and that dream was destroyed. Everything has been crap since then…I think it's very easy to profess this stuff when it dovetails nicely with a happy life. I think if his father had died before becoming physician to Mountbatten, his life would have evolved very differently.

she says that it was (I'm paraphrasing)… all-consuming, and not at all rewarding.
and the above sums up my experience perfectly!
this is pretty much accurate for almost every relationship I've ever been involved in (thus far).
