Of course meditation even in this kind of circumstance can help but I would have loved a scientific explanation or a confirmation on my symptoms developed after being randomly targeted and ghosted. I let it go but they have to let me go . Like you mention in your book it’s just voices

Who would’ve thought that not thinking would be the biggest challenge of my life. And I’ve had some doozies.
I’ve had 50 years of having to think for myself and others. Because nobody thinks anything through as thoroughly as me. 😆😆
What I thought was a gift, or a talent, turns out to be a curse that getting away from is much much more difficult than I would’ve thought possible. I’m willing to bet that mastering this skill is going to pay big dividends, with regards to living in this body in this world at this time, for however many years I have left. Thanks Eckhart.

So funny😂 i watched the last video, but it comes the tought that I have problems to solve and I have to think of that problems to solve them. But now I think the problems are come from the unconscious ones who don‘t know what they are doing and especially what they are thinking of. And unfortunately if iam very councious and feel so good about it, It will come someone who will annoying for so long to pushes me back to thinking 😩it’s not easy.
