Greg Nicholls says:

It seems only when there is seeing, sensing the whole of existence is taking place in here, inside the darkness of skull as silent brain activity is there a connection with what is. Then the outer is the inner and the inner is the outer. The outer only exists as effect of the inner brain activity. Whatever takes place as thought that affects further brain activity to effect thinking can be seen, sensed for what it is – silent verbalisation.

I have some notes around my computer screen reminding me to be present. Some are just reminding me to move: "Move Often, Move Well" or my favorite: "That which creates love, hope, faith, patience, kindness, gentleness in your experience; that brings that opportunity for you more each day". This awareness, practiced each day, builds a better life. Thank you so much Mr. Tolle.

I fell back into negative activity this weekend while with friends, although I enjoy my friends dearly I found myself at the moment drained and having to fall into their so-called drama, and the next day my energy and thoughts are totally drained and I am not at peace any longer. I need to constantly keep Eckhart's words in my mind. Any other thoughts?
