I was forced into retirement. I had a dark night of the soul in my opinion. I also think I had a Devine discontent experience. I left my home in faith and moved to another state. I began to work feeding the poor and homeless. I then met my wife. We had two children and I'm extremely happy today. I feel extremely blessed… Thing work out sometimes when you think it's a moment of darkness. Never give up!
I feel a great love for this man, something that really is not the norm for me.
Although I need more in life, the limiting factors are themselves limited, and the future holds hope and in chaos there is opportunity. The sun has answered my prayers and shines brightly. One key element is that Eckhart was willing to do something very brave in moving to a different country.

This is also a lesson in how you should be careful with words. Eckhart asked for a big change from the Universe and he got it. He was also willing to surrender to unfolding events. The flip-side is asking the Universe to help you, and you not being willing to go with the flow. That can result in a lot of suffering.
As Eckhart says, the key is to surrender to what IS and don't resist or struggle against it.
