What do you guys think about this balance? Is it easy or hard for you? leave a comment below!

Maddy Marie says:

Koi, Thank you so much for making this video. I’ve been trying to align social media more with my spiritual path and everything you said was on point. I want to watch this video everyday as a reminder that social media perception is up to me (obviously! easy to forget though) Hope all is well brother ✌🏼

Kate Flynn says:

There needs to be a name for rhe people part of this anti social media , eco friendly movement, having an iconic name will make it more noticeable and people will start to join.. maybe not hippies bc thats been.. but something else! any ideas?

Waynimations says:

I’ve never thought of social media like this before

Angela Henson says:

Such a Beautiful and Necessary message here🙏 Thank you🌟❤️

Luke Aspan-Martin says:

I’m kinda new to think, I identify as an agnostic. I want to learn more about how to find a community of spiritual people.

chico cheeks says:

I just want to know how to attract the winning lottery numbers in my head..😑

Katie Eckler says:

Got rid of social media a month ago and haven’t missed it. I redownloaded a couple days ago to see what I had missed and realized how much I hated social media and deleted again. We truly are better off without it. I feel more present.

misty xx says:

I want to have a long conversation with you so bad. I thrive off of intellectual or meaningful conversations/interactions with others but unfortunately the people in my life (not to sound egotistical or rude, this is just the truth, or at least how i perceive it) lack certain depth. It’s frustrating to me because it gets lonely thinking so much, feeling so different from my peers, and starving my brain of meaningful human interaction and connections 🙁

The Living Monk says:

In Essence, everything is Spiritual and The more we advance spiritually we can spiritualize everything around us – Including such wonderful tools as Social Media

Love, Lorena says:

Koi when are you going to Rishikesh again? If you know, let me know 😄. I am going to visit again in September.

biggeazy206 says:

The 6 minute mark >>>>>>>>

Very spot on.

Ryan Hooper says:

Social media is a place to manufacture and project your persona and interact with other manufactured personas.

Soph Puccetti says:

I found it difficult to detach from it but about a year ago I heavily noticed the detachment I saw in society and It broke my heart, I then researched and learnt the negative effects social media provokes but I’ve noticed not many people seem to care that it’s bad for them and it is so sad 🙁
How would you show and help people struggling with this addiction if they don’t care?
Thank you kindly for your beautiful words.

lilly s says:

We are part of the small percent of awakened people unfortunately

Anastasia Lindgren says:

I have been thinking about this subject a lot lately, so I was super excited to see you post this! Thank you Koi 🙂

gabrielle says:

thank you for this i have been thinking of this a lot

Andiie Tee says:

Ouhhh this is a good topic. It’s so true. It’s really hard to not feel like I’m being a hypocrite or something, but I mean that’s how we communicate now and it’s beautiful that we are able to reach people from so many different countries ☺️☺️

Drew Pyrc says:

I quit social media. Not worth it. Just another vice society has been gifted

Shanna Leigh says:

Coming from someone who is excluded from cities and raised in small towns, social media has done both good and bad. It is essential for us to rely more on ourselves to experience it personally. But social media can be a catalyst in the beginning, especially for me who didn’t understand what spirituality was at the time. With that being said, you and others have and still do help. However, it’s that combined with going outside and experiencing it for ourselves that really truly solidifies our practices and making us evolve. It’s important to take social media with a grain of salt because if we take it all as fact or all as important we get overloaded and fatigued.

Aside from that… I did see your post on instagram. I hope you’re feeling better today. It’s okay to “cleanse yourself,” I guess I would put it. I was like that over the weekend too. ❤️ I hope you can find a reason to smile today.

Nicki Noodles says:

Hey, does anyone happen to live in Maryland and be willing to hang out and help one another grow?

Kieran Ryan says:

I am deeply unhappy in my life atm. I am in the midst of sabotaging a relationship with a girl that loves me and will do anything to make us work.
She wants me to work on my happiness rather than throwing away a loving relationship.
Deleting social media may be the first step.

JANELLI says:

Very informative video!!!!!! Came to me at the right time…. thank you Koi. Fun fact the beginning of my spiritual journey I was in a place of sleep and came across a video of yours! thanks to social media I have gained so much information and i am eternally grateful. Much love Koi, Thank you

Stewart Thomas says:

Top vid brother love your stuff kick on love it.

Jakes Threads says:

the less i look at social media throughout the day the happier i seem to be. also its good to clear out your following lists constantly, unfollow any accounts that dont resonate with you and dont motivate you, your feed is in your control! <3

All Monti says:

I have two accounts, one for friends and one for more spiritual teachers. It is really nice to be able to scroll through the two seperately, I love being able to read about spiritual experiences and advice separately, that is what works for me 🙂 p.s love your videos💕

Eyeamelz X says:

I think if used correctly and mindfully shall we say, then it can be amazing- like you said for bringing people together, finding likeminded souls to connect with and to also spread important messages. I'm thankful for it cos I've come across amazing beings like you (cheesy but for reeeal) and I'm thankful for what you bring to social media brother 🙏🏻✨

G says:

I definitely related to a lot of the things you mentioned in this video. I am currently taking a break from IG because I started realizing that the “spiritual community” on there was becoming a really toxic place.. I didn’t realize that a lot of the people I followed I thought were “spiritual” were actually what I’ve come to find are “new age” I feel like New age spirituality doesn’t get mentioned enough and I am really glad I was able to realize how toxic it was before I allowed myself to be too consumed by what I only saw on IG. It’s led me to confusion and had more questions about spirituality than before, and actually put me in a really negative place..but I’m starting to see what it is now and know that “true” spirituality is just about following YOUR path and not do what everyone is doing to “raise their vibration” for the sake of healing and growing.. I would love to see your insight on New Age spirituality as I feel you’re one of the more genuine souls I’ve come across on social media. Sorry for the long post thanks again for sharing!

Oscar Sköll says:

I deleted my whatsapp and facebook account two weeks ago, I think this tools are good tools, but I don't see people using it correctly. For me, since I erased them, I'm feeling more connected with my real environment and my inner self.

purnima vanarse says:

I have been missing you so much Vishuddhdasji. You look fantastic in this video. About the content, social media ruins your true identity & takes you way away from spirituality which is your true self. Thank you for such a great video. Take care. Ram Ram
