Is the surface dream he mentions at the end the name of the world of perception that we usually call reality ? I'm uncertain about what he talks about here. Thanks

Im still looking for answers regarding motherhood.
When I just became a mother unexpectedly with a traumatic birth and then after that no help , the next years no help and being very sick . Also a post partum and no help. Sitting with my baby with so much pain in my body and feeling exhausted and completely out of balance with hormones. My son also had no rest and as a baby almost didnt sleep , so every hour he slept I fell imeediatly asleep. It was absolutely horrible. How do you cope with that? I really wonder wha the answer is to that? How to find peace in such years?
What a nice wonderful gift, thank you Eckhart 😘. (I'm still laughing …. lol)
I love the simplicity. Thank you.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING DEAR ECKHART! I AM GRATEFUL FOR YOU!❤
Ego: I AM THE WIZZARD! what are muscles for?
Mr Tolle, I’m wondering how much of your time your mind is engaged in things in the past or future in your daily life?
Thank you so much Eckhart for teaching us how to stay in present moment. I am feeling very blessed after listening to your talk . Wish you very Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family
Truly a "float tank" lecture. Reminds me of when someone says something of such significance the silence in the room becomes so all encompassing and still that one could hear a pin drop.
It's those rare "pin drop" situations that perfectly describe the present moment
If you don't know now you know. I love your teaching, take care. Peace. Jakob
