Julia J says:

I appreciate that woman having the courage to stand in front of all those people and ask a sincere question of her spirit (or ego) or both? 🙂 I needed this. ❤️

Hannah Van Wormer says:

❤if I could have sent this video to someone 27 years ago, I would have saved myself a lifetime of grief. I suppose now is the time to learn better language! Shalom!

ContemporaryOracle says:

Thank you, that used to be an issue of mine. So beautiful to hear this. My Philosophy is this, "Never compare yourself to others, compare yourself to yourself and you'll always be making progress." -Never shame yourself into self hate or eating disorders or anything negative. Loved how Eckhart spoke to the audience here. 🌸🌸🌸🌸

Deco Smith says:

If you are not in the financial market space right now, you are making a huge mistake. I understand that it could be due to ignorance, but if you want to make your money work for you…prevent inflation

Dengee says:

Thank you, Eckhart ❤❤❤

vera intuizione says:

We are all the manifestation of Consciousness whether we perceive it or not. You can be born rock or rose. Actually, there is no difference. Our heart makes the difference. The love we give the courage we have are the eternal beauty that Consciusness has given us. You don't really need anything else. So grateful 💓🙏

Patrik Bjöörn says:

I am disappointed with this video, Eckhart further strengthens the absurdity that youth is being an inherent part of physical beauty. 😳

The Goners Club says:

The body is a concept, thought can't touch the living.

عماد says:

thank you 😘

She looks good.

María Theuns says:

"When a growing girl becomes aware of the pleasing effect that her blossoming womanhood is beginning to have upon others and takes the credit for this to her own ego, she has already gone a little crazy. She has misplaced her identification. What is causing all the excitement is not her own astonished little ego, but the wonderful body growing all around it." (Joseph Campbell, Myths to live by, p. 231). Quite. Some beautiful women, especially when they are young, think that they are, or at least should be, the centre of the universe. Their main goal is destroying all other women, at least the ones who are in their neighbourhood. I have done some very interesting experiments with them, witch as I am, sitting next to them on a terrace, f.i., not allowing them to take away my inner balance, and going on enjoying my own beauty, just as if they didn't even exist. The effect of such an approach is remarkable. You see those young women just shrivel away before your eyes. In fact, you destroy them, or at least, their desire to destroy you..

Amy Hodges says:

I catch that same pattern going through my mind at times – when I notice, I tell myself out loud – I am not better than anyone else. I am not worse than anyone else. Not better than, not worse than – we are all one 🙏🏻❤️

POPPY MOON says:

I don’t resonate with Eckhart on this one. “Good looks” is subjective. It’s not a real thing.

POPPY MOON says:

I think older women can look beautiful and I don’t see them as less pretty than younger. And I couldn’t care a less what anyone else says as it’s my real perception.

Animron says:

I know this is not the point of this video, but I wouldn't dare to say that younger women are more beautiful (or they have a better physical look) than older women … Many 40 or 50 years old women look better than some 20 years old women. It depends on your taste, your eyes, your heart …. I was a bit surprised when Eckhart said that younger automatically means more beautiful, because this is not a fact at all. At least i wouldn't dare to say that to this beautiful lady, who asked Eckhart for advice, than all younger girls and women looks better than her. It really is a weird statement. I am sure he didn't mean to offend her, but it really sounded very weird. From a spiritual teacher i wouldn't expect that he categorizes a physical look of a women based on their ages … Sorry for English …

María Theuns says:

How difficult it is, isn't it, being taught as a teacher.
