notes by Memex AI:
how can I become less aware? I’m actually too aware.
True being aware of everything you are doing like you become doing and that what God wants you to doo. dont go for fruits of knowledge, but stupid, u gonna go make the same mistake as Adam from bible.
🌹🙏🥀
Fake news. Dude is an actor
you are so interesting
Thank you Bhaiya for helping us….
Great, beloved Rinpoche! What a blessing that I can learn from you! Enormous and heartfelt gratitude.
cultivation actually exist, it's the path for one to become immortal, westerns always call it spiritual path, and only focus on people's thought and boundary within. true spiritual process require pure energy which only can be found in special points in nature, search up to 'Apprentice of the Immortals'
Indirecy money minded huh…
This video is wonderful! I’m also looking for ways to share meaningful messages like this to spread more peace in life.
Just that sound that is awareness
[0:10] – "Can you see my hand?" (What is the essence of meditation?)
[0:41] – "What is awareness?"
[1:07] – "Why do many people think meditation means stopping thoughts or concentrating?"
[1:55] – "What does it mean to connect with awareness?"
[2:02] – "Is meditation about achieving peace, calm, and joy?"
[3:04] – "How is awareness like the sky, and how can it coexist with panic?"
[3:48] – "What are the three steps to connect with awareness?"
[6:16] – "How can we meditate everywhere, anytime, even with emotions like panic?"
[7:06] – "What does panic teach us when viewed with awareness?"
[8:01] – "How can panic or negative emotions become a teacher?"
[8:39] – "What is a wandering retreat, and what did it teach?"
[9:20] – "What is open awareness meditation?"
[10:04] – "How can open awareness transform one's perception of the world?"
[10:28] – "Is it possible to achieve a sense of presence and freedom without effort?"
To watch is to dissolve it is the greatest meditation 🎉
This is just one practice from one sect of one religion (with many features most people would find very unpalatable if they weren't kept in the shadows). Presenting it as 'this is what "meditation" is', is utterly disingenuous. 'Meditation' includes many different exercises, many of which legitimately involve doing hard stuff, like concentrating.
Mediation to calm the mind and be aware of awareness is the key to success in all areas of life. Thank you for this great talk! (and spreading awareness 💛)
6:22 A powerful reminder of the importance of inner peace. This talk has given me a fresh perspective on meditation!

0:47
What is awareness?

3:32
Similarly, our fundamental quality of our mind, awareness.
3:37
But the problem is we don’t know how to connect with our awareness.
3:46
….there are three steps to connect with our awareness.
6:50
So now awareness becomes more than panic
7:50
Awareness, love and compassion, wisdom
8:35
kind of new ego began to emerge within me.
9:22
what we called open awareness meditation

Just be awareness
