This is great! My first time here and I really enjoyed this video. Dealing with anxiety/OCD can be tough as both instill a lot of unnecessary fear. Even before watching your video, I have instinctively been allowing myself to feel the fear and go through it rather than around it. It took me a long time to figure this out but this method feels much more natural to me than always resisting it as we all know that only makes it more difficult. Your video confirms to me that I'm on the right track! Respect your feelings and emotions, let them be, feel them rather than suppress them, and let them go. Thank you.

Wasn't this common knowledge? I was always surprised that people did not understand that "stopping overthinking" is not going to stop anything because the emptions causing them are still there

I was looking at video's as I have a hard time sleeping, and this popped up. As I'm listening to Clark I instantly thought of him as Clark Kent…superman! Then I'm starting to focus and for some reason the way he was explaining the chart I thought how similar this was to the Serenity Prayer. I'm not or have never been in any AA groups etc, but I have heard it before and it kinda applies. God grant me the Serenity to accept the thing's I cannot change, the Courage to change the thing's I can, and the Wisdom to know the difference. Basically, you have to move on because it's not going to be any different if you stay in a bad situation, be strong and know why you need to let go, and be smart and understand just what it is that's pulling you in the wrong direction and don't look back. This is just my opinion. I'm going thru the worst time right now and this really opened my eyes! Thank you! 😊

I feel like im still not getting it. I need help. I struggle with anger. Im trying everything but if i feel like my partner is wrong and puts a halo on I think he believes hes doing good but it angers me and we fight forever. If something is going not the best..anger. my response…anger. and i no im wrong but i cant let anything go then im more angry for not being calm
