Eckhart Tolle's teachings have really changed my life (and also my "life-situation";-).

Indeed, so much pain and drama will just disappear if cognitive therapy would become part of school curriculum.
But can a society survive if everyone lives in the present? How does an economy function outside the illusions and thrills created by our minds? Without the cool staff that we must have like fashion, hot cars etc.? Hmm.

Eckhart is genius who in his simple language conveys great message.

I love Eckhart Tolle. I am listening to his book again. I read it when I had a nervous breakdown and horrible depression and it really got me thinking different about my depression and anxiety. I still have so so much to learn. I love his teachings though and completely believe in them.

I discovered a way of dealing with thoughts. I challenge them to come when a negative situation arises. Guess what, they don't and if a thought does come, you consciously point it out. Amazing Eckhart! Thank you
He is the real deal! true soul and presence has shifted everything@ Being in my head almost got me killed! Great Great Teacher! With much gratitude and thankfulness he will open a door for you many will not experience until it's too late!
