One of the most frequent questions I get asked when I talk of anything philosophical on the channel is ‘what books can you recommend?”, ‘what sources do you use to self-educate?”, and it makes me SO happy that you all want to embark on your own journeys of self-educating! I am in no way a spiritual or life guru…I’m just passing on the tools that have helped me in becoming a happier and more compassionate person!

Hi i just wanted to say thank you for inspiring me. Whenever i see your videos i always feel inspired to change, and do things i really want to do with my life. I would like to recommend a book called Living Loving and Learning by Leo Buscaglia. I found it on a flea market and it has grown very close to my heart. It's one of those books where you feel like you can't stop reading, but at the same time, you drag out on it because you don't want it to end. So i would really like to recommend this book and thank again for the love and inspiration and for just being you.
