John Smith says:

you gotta be fucking kidding me

Adam Vertue says:

I loved that closing statement, it can be seen through out the west. The
more educated of us are more likely to appreciate the constant affection
toward us and dismiss disingenuous attempts. Uneducated people are more
likely to fall into traps such as advertising and manipulative media or
political tactic. This is why a high level of education is so important
within society, because only genuine compassion will be able to survive
among us.

Bruce Lee says:

how about the Dalai Lama learns English????

EPSZTEIN BENOIT says:

Hey, Dali, how about teaching your people how to read (50% analfies) before
attempting to teach me in your broken dialect how to think?

Gyatso Shawo says:

great work..My lama

S Cin says:

This is actually funny. Sometimes it feels like hearing a person who sees
explaining to a person who has never seen what color and seeing is.

Emil Ram says:

Did you get all of that?

Sunny Gao says:

If Dalai Lama is an advocate for CCP, can he be entitled to so many special
attention in western world? No more than a political tool with a religious
mask!

3R1〈 ST3V3NS says:

Dalai Lama a friend of science?? 😀 ok….., have him thoroughly
investigate the cases of alleged rainbow bodies occurences and relating
“miracles” and publish unbiased results and draw consequences for his
buddhism… And seat him properly on the chair just as you have seated all
others, who actually have something relevant to say regarding the subject.
I am tired of this political correctness, makes me nauseated…

kanvij says:

His Holiness Dalai Lama is the real buddist monk unlike some buddist monks
who took up politics as in recent times in some parts of asia.

Sonam ten says:

Long live His Holiness The Dalai lama to sake for world peace!!

Serge Strokov says:

Oooph, the conversation is amazing. Beside even the content, it gives hints
to the ideas that give you insights that change your approach to very
general things in life like thoughts, feelings, relations and
self-positioning.

kanvij says:

Never use the word bloody .

RavenTheBlack says:

Hinman needs to shut up an study the Mental Alchemy movement. To take
things like negative emotion and convert them into a positive until you
only feel positive. That there is not a matter of who you are compassionate
with because you are compassionate to everything. This is possible because
in Quantum theory everything is connected and a part of each component.

valinor100 says:

+pcuimac The Dalai Lama has never expressed an intention to rule Tibet
again. He doesn’t ‘rule’ the Tibetan government in exile, it is elected
and he is the spiritual head only. He doesn’t even want independence for
Tibet, recognizing that goal is unrealistic, but wants a form of limited
autonomy to give Tibetans some degree of control over their own culture.
The Chinese are engaged in a policy of settling Tibet with Han Chinese in a
less brutal attempt to dilute Tibetan culture and identity than the mass
murders and wholesale destruction of the 1960s.

alsfowafafwajg says:

Interesting to see so many different views on the same supject, It really
give you the complete idea of compassion.

borjon23 says:

Thanks for that pcuimac. Your sententious doggerel repeated from the
writings of others has opened my fucking eyes and changed my life forever.
I am in your debt, sir.

damian anchia says:

To understand this type of conversacion, you have to see beyond words, and
tink as like they do,mirrorneuron? Being alert.of you true main,is realy
difuclt, therefore meditacion aplly with the logic of are life style, time, I
just meditacion by reading and puting my mine and to studying,as
writhgenow.youare being part of my medation.

456inthemix says:

This kind of CCP propaganda, Dharma should be tought only who seeks for,
you make a fool out of Chinese Buddhism so first dimminish your ignorance.

steven rainer says:

Hysterical- I mean it was a joke wasn`t it? spurious burbling…etc etc…

456inthemix says:

Are you talking about CCP Neo faschism princlings?

rewtnode says:

I would have a lot more respect for the Dalai Lama if he had insisted that
everyone in the panel can sit on a comfortable chair as he got. Yes I know
that”s envy and being picky. But if most of this is about symbols: This
simple symbol for equality is in fact also a symbol that helps mutual
compassion.

pcuimac says:

Why can´t we heare just scientists and not always what wackos from beyond
think about a topic without any knowledge about it? It´s ridiculous to see
professionals sit on the side of the Lama like some “Comparsa” and the Lama
in a distinguished position like he is the center of wisdom. :-p
