You have three speakers here who are wise and insightful and who deliver very important, necessary and useful messages. IF you could hear them over the music which is neither wise, nor insightful, important, necessary or useful. Any good that comes from this video is counteracted by the number of people, like me, who switch it off because of the music. Choose your battles. Decide what is important. Do that.

How unbelievably strong it is, just to face fear and stop fucking avoiding it. Just in your thoughts.. I just cried, because of that.. I think, that I am starting to understand how emotions work.. You have to be honest with yourself, otherwise you won't trust yourself, and you will fail many times, many unnecessary times..
I have just realised, that there are many seemingly poor people, who are happy. They may have hard and low-paid jobs, and little food. But, some of them live near the nature, and with family, and they have e.g. goats, which they share love with. I mean, there is nothing that mentally and physically stops you from being happy. Even Jewish people sometimes could afford a little bit of chatter and laugh, at concentration camps, in Poland. While a big part of them, were simply fearing for their futures. The true art of life, is to make something, out of nothing, and I am going to try keeping with that.
