Om Meditation – Since the ancient Rishi’s of India, Om has been believed to be the sound of God. Many spiritual students choose to meditate, chant, and melt into the sound “Om”. I pray that this Om blesses you immensely. Various Om’s and a 350 year old Tibetan singing bowl. Dr. David R. Hawkins Om used from: “Experiential Reality; the Mystic” lecture of December 2007. I layered the Om and also put some effects on it, ie. reverb to make it cohesive. (side note: this om will sound better with headphones or a stereo sound system. it may distort on your computer speakers) ps. you shouldn’t bliss out or nothin’ 🙂
Not sure about copy right but I would enjoy an hour version of the OM.
This is just an excellent job Ben BigN’Low!
"and the sound of om is inherant in all sounds, and it can be heard by anybody that attunes to it, and you can hear it within your own mind, and it is the sound of the universe. Om is there at all times. Om is there at all times." David R. Hawkins 2002 lecture 6. Realizing the Root of Consciousness.
E flat Minor. Not good for meditation. Try B flat major7th:)

Profound, thank you. I really love the Om chant. Do you know if I can find just this Om chant by itself anywhere?
