Hillary Clinton lost a bet. Her wager was Vince Foster's life… someone close to her. This was her first loss, intro to the type of betting you guys are talking about. Many in the Senate, House of Representatives knew about this many years ago, tried to tell people, yet no one would listen. Why they didn't take action is interesting.
