This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Think of your body as a process – as a verb, not a noun. Learn how to move in the direction of good health, resurrect your soul, influence markers of aging at the cellular level and change your perception of your physical body.

Deepak Chopra, MD serves as the Founder and Chairman of The Chopra Foundation.

As a global leader and pioneer in the field of mind-body medicine, Chopra transforms the way the world views physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social wellness. Known as a prolific author of more than seventy-five books with twenty-two New York Times best sellers in both fiction and non-fiction, his works have been published in more than thirty-five languages.

Chopra’s medical training is in internal medicine and endocrinology and he is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and a member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. He serves as Co-Founder and Chairman of The Chopra Center for Wellbeing, Founder of The Chopra Well on YouTube, Adjunct Professor of Executive Programs at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Adjunct Professor at Columbia Business School, Columbia University, Senior Scientist with The Gallup Organization, Doctor Honoris Causa, The Giordano Brunio University, Doctor of Science, Hartwick College, and Faculty, Disney Imagineering. Time magazine has described Dr. Chopra as one of the top 100 heroes and icons of the century and credits him as “the poet-prophet of alternative medicine.”

About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)

It would a mind blowing debate if

Aaron Carroll
James Randi
Lawrence Krauss

Just give it a thought

PS: I know all of you are very busy people but imagine how epic it would
be…

Golden92N says:

this sound of a mouse click freaked me out that I thought I had a virus in
my PC

Roy Long says:

Amazing. There are a bunch of militant atheists and closed mind people
watching this video.

4EverDubin says:

Such full of shit, just CRAP EVERYWHERE!

Izmael Verhage says:

Deepak’s smart enough to exploit the gullible. That’s where his skills end.
This talk is worse than stoner beanbag philosophy.

Unholy Alliance says:

Deepak Chopra!! That does it…I’m no longer interested in TED Talks!! His
crazy woowoo ideas are only worth forgetting..

Myaucat says:

wow.. it’s amazing how many pathetic lunatics come to watch vidoes that
they actually hate, or waste their time and energy to go out of their way
and leave derogatory comments on matters they have absolutely no interest
in!?! wow… that’s just completely insane. unless they’re shills getting
paid for it… is the only other explanation. LOL. in which case it’s still
pretty insane to be a shill.

Pol Pot says:

WHAT A TOOLBAG

THE GARBAGE HE IS SPEWING OUT HAS IRREPARABLY LOWERED THE AUDIENCE’S IQ
LEVEL

Joe Houck says:

Deepak is a quack. “Deepak really understands science.” said no scientist
ever.

Marvin Scott Edmonds Enoch says:

I enjoyed the talk. Chopra is a doctor. Trained in India and then he was
certified to work in the USA. It was afterwards that he went back and
studied the ayurvedic medicine of his home nation. I would want him for my
doctor. Please don’t judge him on the basis of one short talk. Read his
biography and/or his works.

Estelle Brodeur says:

The body as a verb

Gusti Wahyudi says:

To some of you who dont like Dr Chopra, you could still express your
opinion with kindness. Some of you might be smarter than him, while people
like me still have to learn from Dr Chopra. Therefore, if you believe
yourself to be smarter, I believe that you could have been smart enough to
be more considerate with your words. In the end, we just want to have a
better world, filled with peace and happiness to all people…Now lets stop
all the negative words…

yogibeertje2 says:

This sounds very much convincing.
I have added THIS VIDEO to my PUBLIC PLAYLIST: MEDITATION and MINDFULNESS.
