What is sadhana? And how you do that?
Not identifying with the physical world. Transcending the physical to reach the spiritual.
Both Sadhguru and Osho claimed that they never had any gurus to get enlightened. But, they gathered lot of disciples around. No guru make anyone enlightened. Gurus can give wisdom and show direction. Self has to discover self and the world. No Rama, Krishna or Sadhguru can make anyone enlightened.
