You should read (if you haven't yet) “Spiritual Growth“ by Sanaya Roman. Amazing book about spiritualism. BTW u´ve been such an inspiration, thanks to u i started getting into spiritualism, veganism, u encouraged me to travel alone and went backpacking to southeast Asia by the end of 2017, and its been the greatest, more spiritual and self empowerment experience in my life.
