I simply (although it is hard at times) try to be an observer of all. A point of reference to experience consciously Gods inner and outer expression. Be love. Smile and drop all judgements. Relax. Allow God into your heart. Still one's mind. Live humbly and 'die' daily, this will help one to live in the nowness of God. Then you will never walk alone…. never. 🙂
