Eckhart delves into the two fundamental types of knowledge: conceptual and intuitive. While both are necessary, in modern society we have over-valued conceptual knowledge, leading to an epidemic of compulsive thinking. While thinking can be used to manifest our reality, it is only through spaciousness and the cessation of thinking that we are able to create from the depths of Being.

The School Of Wellness says:

The mind is a tool of the soul, just like a shovel is to a garden, great for problem solving, practical tasks & creative idea's but after that it should be put down

Amelie Shae Locke says:

Seems easy to do but when your own daughter who is 18years old has crossed over it is not very easy or effective to be in the present moment. I can't even imagine being in the present moment without her.

Amelia Conway says:

what if i cant realise the essence of who I am? I do have moments of stillness, of no thought, of peace, but they dont last long. The thoughts always come back in. And even in those moments I dont really feel or have any realisation about 'who i am'… wouldnt that just be more thoughts? Even this comment is thoughts. I have no idea who i am hahahaha

Anastasia T says:

Is there a time where resistance would be important?

linda koch says:

He seems to have “let the cat out of the bag” (an odd old saying…hate to think where that comes from) saying eventually the mind will create material items without building or constructing them…but doesn’t elaborate on how that will be done. People say here on this thread “it won’t be magic”…no not specifically, but it’s sounds sort of like that to me being stuck in a lower evolutionary state. In the video, he sort of snaps his fingers saying things will come into being instantly. And he says there won’t be a need for factories anymore.

What about schizophrenia?

I am glad to have found you sir. Thank you.

Noelkinz says:

The essence of spirituality is not just the clearing of your thoughts but also the clearing of people around you and your environment witch is also what will determine the way you think feel and act in your daily life.

you need to become aware of what information you are consuming, than once you clear that, start to focus on the essential things that you value the most, from there the pieces will start to put themselves automatically order will start to occur but it will take the skill of letting go and trusting time.

You need to understand that the only reason for time is so that everything does not happen all at once, everything happens one moment in time. Once the skill of letting go gets repeated it will become easier to start manifesting everything that you want in real time.

Podría en lo posible, subtitular en español sus videos, serían de gran ayuda, para los hispano-hablantes.

You Tube says:

I don't feel you guys realize the deep and powerfullness of what he is saying, he isn't simply talking about overthinking and how it is toxic but about how thought literally comes into existence, it is hard to accept and belive but it is true.

You Tube says:

When he said "you have enough power to create havoc on the planet" that was felt deep within me. I realized the power of consciousness the one whole.
