Spirituality by definition has a different meaning in every religion. I as a Christian must be filled with the Great and Holy Spirit of God in order to be called a Christian. I am not the Spirit but have by grace been blessed by The Spirit. There are even lists of gifts of the Holy Spirit mentioned in the Bible. Mankind cannot ascend higher than what he is except through God's Spirit. Just as the body is nourished by water oxygen, food and sun, the soul is nourished by the Holy Spirit, by reading the Bible, fasting from certain foods and both communal and private prayer. One cannot know this until one experiences it first hand.

Spirituality is a natural consequence of unrestricted emotional expression. But, the way to really help towards it, is by being raised in the most appropriate environment, a place that is not overpopulated and more rural perhaps. I don't use social media often, because every interaction feels less humane than the last, neither does it feel sentimental.
It is an emotional state that can be tamed to bring blissfulness, and can be described as vibrational. Its about finding out how to vibrate.
Once a person understands that he/she is a spiritual being, the approach towards the material world will be different.
Realisation of life and the ability to see everything the way it is…spirituality.
