This video explores how moments of connection with nature or a non-judgmental gaze from a baby can momentarily liberate us from our incessant thinking. Eckhart Tolle describes these instances as glimpses of the spiritual dimension that can affirm the value of life, even for those not consciously on a spiritual path.

A new video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her

I was first introduced to Eckhart Tolle twenty years ago. I was lent a copy of The Power of Now. I tried to read it, but it sent me to sleep! Life went on… (I did return the book. I found it under my bed some weeks later). Now, I have reintroduced myself to Eckhart via ebooks and Audible. I get it, now! He is the clearest spiritual teacher for me. This just goes to show that every soul has a time. Everyone is ready when they're ready.

I’ve experienced no-thought both while feeling deep peace and also while feeling nothing, no emotion. Context and what you are seeing and how the mind perceives it matters sometimes.

@Sherry1092 says:

So is the awareness of no thought not a thought?

@howlingspitfire3730 says:

😑 a person who would waste tea like that is not a zen master so should be ignored.

@Twilightsummerbreeze says:

Eckhart, if you had not taught me how to die, I would be dead. Thank you.
