I have mixed feelings about this but some of the things your saying I agree with but I also disagree with some of the things your saying but I do think as someone said in these comments it's incredibly brave to say you were wrong so keep being u and always believe what u believe in ❤️

özge luna says:

I totally respect your opinions as a person who isn’t religious at all but deeply believed in LOA for a while and then had lots of doubts then believe it again. It was so hard to keep the faith when I didn’t see anything coming for a while despite the fact I think I was making everything right. I was sick of LOA youtubers who literally talk about EXACT same thing in all of their videos with intresting titles. I knew what they were gonna say before watching the video already, I felt like I had nothing to learn now and really stayed away from this community. And I felt much more productive with my life at first, but then I realized I feel so empty again, something just wasn’t right. Then I realized just the fact I haven’t manifested my biggest dream yet doesn’t mean loa isn’t working, actually it made a lot of sense because in this time of feeling empty and dark A LOT OF subconscious limiting beliefs came to surface that I wasn’t even knew they were still exist. You know about the LOA too, if your subconscious tells a difference story, it doesn’t believe what you say you believe in. I haven’t manifested it because I deeply believe it is not possible and I had doubts on LOA in the first place. And I would have stop believing in LOA if I didn’t see many of how people I actually know changed their lives drastically with these principles. It took more time for some of them but it happened, even things they thought as impossible at first. By the way I love science and I always tried to combine spirituality with science and read many books on them which scientifically proves energy exist and we can effect it and vice-versa. I still have judgmental towards many of LOA youtubers. It feels like they use this knowledge to make money but there are a lot of people who also use LOA in their lives but don’t use it to sell something or gain followers or be trendy. We just can’t see them cause they don’t make videos to make money out of it. These are my thoughts, If not believing in LOA is beneficial for you, then keep doing it. I just hope you don’t shut down walls to all possible things about spirituality just because of it.✨

ArmySoldier33 says:

If you don’t believe in spirituality and LOA, why would you keep those videos? You seemed passionate that you don’t believe it now, how do you then say someone can get something out of those videos? That doesn’t seem genuine to me. Why have that narrative when it’s something you don’t believe? I’m confused 🤷🏽‍♀️

Brigitte Bloom says:

Wow i never disagreed with a video more. I see you point when it comes to "fake and fad like spiritual gurus". I consider myself incredibly spiritual, no i don't have crystals or vision boards..although i think those are cool. But this video is really making a blanket statement about spiritual "people". Spirituality is not about daydreaming, and pretending things are going to happen. Honestly it sounds like you are listening to the wrong type of people creating spiritual content who are not genuine. You can find disingenuous people in any trend or fad but that does not mean the root of an idea is wrong. Any true spiritual coach or leader 1. does not tell you that daydreaming is going to give you results, 2. is not praising material items RATHER 3. is helping people with self worth and helping people step into their power. Also side not wanting finical stability and abundance is not selfish… not all of us have that comfort yet, and many of us work with trauma and difficulties around finances.. Spirituality is about all knowing truth that you are the creator of your reality and thoughts are purely you processing your version of reality. The biggest changes happen with action and positive beliefs.

Liza1013 says:

i agree with you!

Cutie-ju says:

I totally agree with you.
I'm currently doing a yoga teacher training in India and there spirituality is so much more grounded, practical and simple. Very transforming experience.

Ann Jay says:

I discovered loa a few years ago and the deeper I went down the rabbit hole, the worse I became at manifesting. I wasn't living my life anymore, I was visualizing so much that it turned into maladaptive daydreaming. Now I'm back to meditating once a week and having a simple list with things I'm actually working for and I feel so much better.
Xx

Splendid Creation says:

I subscribed to your channel bc of LOA and spirituality kinds of videos. However, I respect your thoughts and feelings about that. … I would like to tell you that my experiences that I have had since 2008 are amazing. I really have had many things I desire in every aspect of my life (education, work, relationships, etc.). … Just do the manifestation techniques every day BUT DO NOT waste your time daydreaming like you said. Then take action as you inspired to do. Do your best and let go. That's it. All things happen wonderfully. For me, it's just a shortcut. For instance, if you want to get to your goal, tell the Universe the result hat you desire, then do your job. You will be inspired to do something and things around you support you perfectly. Like 1, 2, 3 Done! Instead of 1,2, problem, 3,4,5 problem back to 2, new 3, 4 and done. It just makes my life easier.

For me there was a situation that made me believe in LOA. It happened with no one could not explain to me.

For me, the concept of positive thoughts and feelings leads to positive and productive actions. It just helps people do things better, have faith and encourage them when they face difficult challenges in their lives. I am sure that your vedios help many people go through their hard times.

Anyway, I still support you and respect your opinions. Love all your videos, especially plan with me and vlogs. 😊💕

Juli Randall says:

I agree with people taking an advantage of the loa to make a profit, but “positive thoughts” and “self improvement” as a sudden trend isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I think it’s great that people are using spirituality to improve themselves. People who practice loa aren’t always obsessive, I learned about loa through you and I’m no where near obsessed or think the world revolves around me. And manifesting isn’t magic, but reminding yourself of your goals will help you achieve your goals (and every other YouTuber that discusses this topic emphasizes that). Yes spirituality can be selfish, but with limited resources we have as a general public we can’t solve world peace or hunger. Mocking those who want to improve their individual lives is wrong imo it seems you have become angry w the world and annoyed that influencers have entered the bubble you were in and took over (AND I UNDERSTAND THE FRUSTRATION, it’s sorta like when you discover a song 6 months before it hits the radio and you all of a sudden hate it when it becomes mainstream). There’s a lot more positives to loa then negatives, I find for me it does make me more present and reminds me of goals I want to achieve and in fact prepares me for scenarios I wouldn’t prepare myself for through visualization. It has boosted my confidence and i am so thankful for it. People have to remind themselves not to get too obsessed with it, but there’s nothing wrong with tuning into your self and really no reason to shame those who want to view the world in a more positive light. We’re stuck here so why not try to make the best of it, even if it is using your imagination.

Because you haven't understood the real meaning here, you didn't take responsibility for being someone you wanted to be.
It's isn't really fake. You didn't understand the real meaning, clearly.
I send you healing and love!

Chazs says:

IMO being a spiritual youtuber you just simply give information out. It is up to the viewer on what they do with that information.

Helai Mujaddidi says:

"I believe religion does more harm than good" and "religion is bad for society", honestly a horrible thing to say… If you study the impact of certain religions in human history, you will see that your statement is false, it's not a matter of opinion.

Rahaf karta says:

hi Renee, loved your video, actually i want to talk to you about religion and remember with no judge just with love, and i know you are smart, i know that because you're open-minded and you're always trying to find the right thing which is amazing and that makes you smart, so please read the whole comment. you said that we're here on earth for a reason so we're not created here randomly, it means that there is God who created us and who gave us rules to follow because we need rules from the one who created us and who know us better than we know ourselves, and with no rules we would be like animals and we are different from them by our brains this beautiful gift that we have that only a God can create. so who created that reason ? who gave us that goal and purpose in life to live and learn and achieve it? of course it's God. you know i understand you, following a religion that is written by human is confusing cause human make mistakes and that will leave you with no trust in religion and you end up following no religion, but following the religion, the book that is written by God will make you happy cause God will look after you, think about a mother how gives her children rules cause she loves them and she wants them to be happy so she cares about them, if a mother thinks like that what a bout God who loves us more and want us to have a good life. see religion is the solid base that you go to when you struggle, when you feel sad, and when you're happy to thank god for every gift he gave you and you can't even count them starting from the eyes gift to see every beautiful thing a round you, we human are weak we can't do without God's help. religion is the peace we're looking for. so i hope you find the right thing.

Hannah Scott says:

You did such a good job being cautious talking about religion. There are for sure things that could be debated but you aren’t wrong. I’m a Christian but in today’s day and age I hate telling people that cuz so many Christians have become so judgmental and are WAY to religious… I could say so much more but I won’t lol but you are very validated in your thoughts and opinions

Sandra Serwatko says:

Finally! I have to say Renee, I am with you on this one. I used to be very spiritual and wanted to believe in all of this, but if I am being honest something about it always felt a bit off. I've met very spiritual people irl and honestly… never really resonated with them. I still do some practices like meditation but I honestly see it more as a tool for calming my mind than anything else. I guess in the era of instant gratification people are looking for magical solutions, which simply don't exist. I am thankful for that period of my life as it taught me many things, but it's time to move on.

The Glitter Mermaid says:

Hey 🙂
I absolutely agree with you on the self-centeredness of spirituality and how passive it can make you if you're doing it wrong. I also agree that it's become a trend and some people only do it because everyone else is. It's also true that there is a lot of fluff that is just untrue and unnecessary.
Personally, I am still very spiritual, but I only follow teachings like Neville Goddard's and Joseph Murphy's. They basically teach to "live in the end" (just have a deep knowing that what you want will come to you, change your mindset to be the person you want to be) and then go about your day normally. What would you do if you were that person? No fancy practices and all that, it's honestly just a mindset thing. Goddard also teaches that you should never repress emotions and that you can still get whatever you want if you're being negative, sad etc., because it's all about your belief system, not about your emotions. He also teaches a lot about the Golden Rule, so the self-centeredness also isn't there at all.
With that, I have to say I've manifested things that were way too specific for them to be a coincidence, solely with my mind, without any conscious action. So I very much believe this does work. I'm not trying to sway you, though, these are just my experiences.

NJ E says:

Spirituality is not about that 10 things that are bullshit… that's not it! That's just stupid people, who don't know how to use spirituality. Those things are against the whole thing.

Anne Ponce says:

There's actually no problem with spiruality. It's the lack of deep understanding about it and turning it into something superficial

Hannah Quast says:

I love this! No need to apologize for saying anything! Appreciate your videos

Magic Materialized says:

Spirituality doesn't have to be about reading books, law of attraction, and appearing spiritual. I understand that you experienced it through that and you're talking about yourself. But theres lots of ways to be spiritual. I think you can open your heart to liking or disliking things because they resonate with you and not solely because you do or don't like participating in trends. I am spiritual because I connect with my guides and my higher self. My guides have been telling me for a year to stop consuming spirituality through others like books and doctrine and look inside myself instead, so that's what I do. To each their own. Spirituality is not loa, that's just something some people like to do. I dont view spirituality as a way to get things it's just to connect with and the beautiful world around me. I think it's dangerous to play the misery Olympics and say its selfish to want things like a car when there are impoverished people. You can improve your life and seek to help others. You can't pour from an empty cup. Looks like you found your audience on YouTube and are doing well, good luck on your move.

Lindsey Alexis says:

what eyeshadow are you wearing???

KATHY PITULA says:

You are so right . Bravo be yourself.

Eva Tarantina says:

I think your ego hurts for not to be the only one that talks about the law of attraction

Jenna Galgano says:

you have to make manifestation boards but take action with it! you cannot just fantasize and not take action with it… visualization only works unless you take action!

Kpuig8 says:

so weird because i recently realized all this stuff and you made a video of it and I'm just like woah SO YES QUEEN ILY

cinnamon girl 🌙🖤🔮 says:

Personally I'm not into law of attraction or manifestation. I just don't vibe with it.
(No offense to those that do. You do you.)

My motto is to work for it as much as you wish for it. ❤

Berenice says:

I feel you on the religion thing.
As somebody who’s family is religious i understand how hard it is to explain things without sounding ignorant or judgmental. I personally am not religious. I believe there’s a powerful spiritual being but other than that i do not believe in church or anything else because it is not 100% legitimate specifically because religion now it is based on other people’s opinions or interpretations which for me thats not good.

Alexa Jondle says:

I believe spirituality and religion should only be practiced if it makes you as a person feel good and if you gain something from it. If not than don’t do it for other people. I also don’t view spirituality as focusing on another world or new age I find it helpful to relate it to my life and reaching a new deeper version of myself. I think religion and spirituality should be selfish not a community effort.
