Honestly, and no disrespects to Mr. Tolly, he is not easy to follow. He talks too slowly and his voice is so weak. I really struggled!!
I have been wandering around in the darkness for my whole adult life. I kept going to therapists because I couldn’t “find my path”. I gave up. How could I follow my path when I couldn’t even find it? When we were told to shelter in place, I began to meditate every day with an hour long “breath” recording I found on UTube. I knew then that I had to do something & stuck with it. By July I was ready for ET to be my teacher because I actually started listening to him instead of ignoring his UTube videos. I hope we are ascending. I pray we are. I now know my path.

Tolle goes dark more often than people realize. Must be the German academic side coming through. But insightful as always.
Today, I put my phone on airplane mode and walked around the local countryside in the sun for 2 hours, purposefully slower than my usual pace. I felt such a sense of wellness afterwards, having noticed details of nature I would never have noticed before. Thank you, Eckhart, for your teachings of peace 🙂

Sometimes beautiful things come into our lives out of nowhere. We can't always understand them, but we have to trust in them. I know you want to question everything, but sometimes it pays to just have a little faith.

Eckhart is my⚡Zen & has illuminated the bliss of consciousness within me. 🦋🌲🦋 Bliss is the opposite of Suffering & that's where the forest of consciousness grows.
