A complicated case please help if you can

I am totally awed by the way you seem to bridge and use the existential level and harness it through ⁷the "power of now" ,but unfortunately slot of my problems or obstacles are physical recovered from mental illness in my thirties and retrained in social work psychotherapy didn't,t complete UKCP training after many years out of work soul mate and my adopted children left me then surrounded by aggressive anti social drinkers acted out sexually in small town ,then poisoning from crown metal alloy had it removed teeth rotted 7 years on in a more peacefull council place healing again until disaster struck cycling accident Nov 2019 broke off left elbow olecronon, surgery pinned ,then cylectomy left big toe,then another op to remove hardware all the time struggling against NHS protocols,the new years eve 2020 front wheel of bike slipped on ice broke right humerus. So after trauma and all of this stuff trained to take up basic NHS nursing post made charity applications was gifted a car only to find cataracts worsened visibility to read number plates at 20 yards touch and go am exhausted by lack of decent cutting edge tech in NHS doing alto of in depth science (was marine bio _undergrad in my rwenties) research and my G.P ,s reluctance to refer me on ie toothe bud implants healing new solutions to cataracts at times like whole medical profession has succumbed to lure of gravey train conveyor belt mentality medicine using old approaches money syphoned off so little ground breaking clinical trials are being carried out ,feel very angry and anti with the whole corrupt system, would love to finish my psychotherapy training money the problem again it seems most are profiteering I get totally fed up but struggle on ..Any help advice or suggestions greatly appreciated where is my God in all of this and how can he heal me ? I remembered that seeking higher forms of consciousness is not my concept or perspective of self, because this means I always need something else and more but ability to become conscious in more moments and fully being in every moment is my goal 💜

I do not need to seek anything, so I do not need your teachings. I am deep enough. I didn't had to dig too much deep, or deeper than others, as you said. But hey, everyne is sometimes wrong. And also for the future, I am deep enough, I am happy enough, unhappy enough, talented enough, failed enough, healthy enough. Not the most than, or the least than most. I do not need anymore your teachings. I do not want to be traped again into believing that there is some problem to work on. For me you can retire now and disappear from media. And I do not need greater fulfillment in life, I am not greedy for more, what I have is very much enough.

I love Eckhart Tolle. I have since before he wrote “The Power of Now.” A life changing book. And then “A New Earth.” Wow. 🙏🏽 Thankful.
