The trick to money is having some. So said Stuart Wilde, author of the book with the same name. He also wrote The Little Money Bible. Stuart Wilde was a new age author who wrote with a unique flair and humorous style. In this video, I summarize 15 core principles I learned from reading his wonderful book. 1. Abundance will never be a factor of how much money one has. Rather, it is always a factor of how one feels about what money one does have.
2. Even if you do not have any money to speak of , you can create for the mind the illusion that what you do have is overwhelming abundance.
3. Acceptance of self is the foundation of receiving
4. learning to charge properly is a vital key to abundance affirm that you will never devalue yourself by charging less than what you feel you are worth
5. because money is a major psychic symbol of security , every thought you have that endorses your insecurity affect your money making abilities. Money flows towards stability and away from its converse
6. Concentrate on what you know or on what works – don’t allow the lure of activity to take you beyond what is comfortable and controllable
7. As you go through heading toward your final liberation You will have to agree to take responsibility for things including of course yourself there are few wealthy people who do not accept responsibility naturally.
8. You need to the join system if only for a limited period it is hard to get into the big money without joining. Not impossible but hard.
9. No matter how little money you have when in the company of the very wealthy come off as being equal to them. Treat them as equals with respect and they will ignore what you have and what you don’t have , they will treat you as an equal also.
10. Hard work is overrated. So much of abundance thinking is setting yourself up in your mind to be in the right place at the right time with the right information . Making a lot of money has very little to do with hard work.
11. One way you can make more money is to sell something or service and then double your prices . If you don’t feel confident doubling your prices then Simply put some more value into whatever you’re doing and then you will feel comfortable . Once you become special you can do what you want in life as long as you are different. Once you come from an energy that is unusual people don’t quantify your efforts so much in terms of money. This is because they have nothing with which to compare you.
12. To elevate your consciousness and practice the feeling of a flowing abundance try for a while not saying thank you when people give you things. Just take the item and accept it, as a tiger would take its lunch in the forest without saying thank you. The idea is to see the coming and going of things as natural and unemotional. You just expected that people will give you things. In turn you would give of yourself or your possessions, not expecting anything back in return.
13. . All you have to become rich is to find a niche for yourself put a touch of class into your efforts and away you go. By loving your product you impart a bit of yourself to every item you offer. And this is true of physical products, information products, or services.
14. In order to successfully serve and sell to people you have to psychologically get underneath them which means that while you are serving them you have to subjugate your ego to their needs at least long enough to take their money.
15. In order to make money you will need to have friends and connections . Stuart says he would make the acquiring of contacts the number one priority in your life. And if going out and meeting people is uncomfortable for you, he suggests you push through that discomfort because it’s that important.

So that’s it. Those are the 15 core principles I discovered in reading The Trick To Money Is Having Some.
