This video has gotten into my head. You mentioned the meds people get to "help" with their "mental illness"..I had been on pharmaceuticals since I was in my 20's with absolutely NO help at all. I would tell the doctor it didn't work and they'd switch it. This has gone on thru my entire life and I am 72 so I definitely feel IF you don't have some kind of Spiritual component component, it does NOT work. It all comes from within~soul work. This has been my experience anyway.
Again, this video is the best❤

It's safe to say that the mind is a disease. Dis-ease. We should go back to the caves in a state of pure meditation. All action is evil, aham brahmasmi tat tvam asi

A normal mind, as close as I can describe it right now in an unwell body, is one that is in equilibrium in its environment with no other erosions but the ticking of time. Homeostatis, as it were. that precludes all past instances of your boy was in a state of well-being. Maybe that's not the best answer

A pure energy Me says:

And you have no idea how many people on YouTube “ teaching people “ about relationships and other things when I can see themselves are unhealthy. An unhealthy healer trying to heal others will not be able to deliver that good energy. Period.

X Man says:

As conscious entities, human evolution provided us with biological sensors to perceive reality through an interface that favored our survival. That perceived reality, initially simple relative our current societal environment, allowed us to survive by meeting the lower order needs identified in Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.

As human society evolved with the requirement of ever increasing complex interactions among humans, those
lower order basic survival needs have in the most part been met and have been replaced by the higher order needs in the hierarchy for our continued survival. As the result, the coping mechanisms biological initially provided us are proving incapable of dealing with the complex survival requirements of modern society.

We are essentially biologically identical to the first Homo Sapiens Sapiens and our interface to reality, evolved for simpler times, is proving to be incongruent with the survival challenges of modern society. This disconnect is manifested in what we described as mental distress or illness. Our society has become obsessively immersed in reductionist physicalism and we have lost contact with the fundamental consciousness of which we are all offspring as conscious entities.

Modern society does not attempt to educate its members in the understanding of consciousness and in fact looks askance at such education.

What is needed to regain mental well being is to refocus human education and knowledge to our fundamental conscious essence with the goal of enhancing and expanding our conscious interface to reality that biological evolution has constrained us with and which reductionist physicalism has overwhelmed with its focus on the material world.
