Hands down the best Tony Robbins I've ever seen/heard. Theo, please take him up on his offer to be his guest at an event…would love to hear your journey and transformation (I'd kill to be invited to be at one of his events in person; must be so amazing. Someday if I'm lucky)

I appreciate this podcast so much and I thank you and Tony for this valuable information. One thing that always bothers me when people discuss Robin Williams is they refer to him being depressed and no-self esteem / meaning in life and that contributed to his death. I followed Robin as a fan for most of my lifetime and can tell you he did many great and charitable things for people his whole lifetime, and, you cannot be empty inside and give your love, time and money to people. I acknowledge the fact that he suffered from bouts of alcohol /drug addiction and depression, yet he gave to others all the time. My opinion of him is that he was super intelligent, hyperactive and kind. He also witnessed first hand what pain and suffering people with long term illnesses sustain, like Christopher Reeves. And when he realized he was ill later in life, could not concentrate, had memory lapses and tremors from early Parkinson's disease, he simply decided at some point to end his own suffering early, in my opinion. He was a brilliant, smart man who lead his life fearlessly and always found meaning by sharing his talents with the world, all of his life. He had meaning in his life. I believe he was a happy fulfilled person. He mostly told the truth, even about himself. His wikipedia narrative really does not even begin to cover all the charitable things he did in his lifetime, including entertaining troops and visiting those sick in the hospital. Thank you for your time.

15 years ago I read awaken the giant within and it changed the direction of my life completely. Believe the naysayers if you want, but I hope this episode helped open their eyes to this man’s wisdom and insight.

I wanted to yell “internal family systems!!!” at the both of them through the part of the chat when Theo was talking about abandoning parts of himself. Richard Schwartz’s work ‘Internal Family systems” has given us a complete and accurate description of this terrain. He recommends seeing those “parts” that seem self sabotaging as wanting to keep us safe and have adaptations to do so – that seem the thwart what other parts of us want. His solution is essentially dialoging with these parts..not abandoning or vilifying them at all. Every part of us comes into existence for a reason. We comfort, we befriend and we ask these parts what they need and we set out to give them what they essentially need in healthy ways. By embracing all of our “parts” even the parts that we dislike or are at war with, we heal.

@jakegrenkie8744 says:

Maybe the best episode theo has done. Love theos evelution through the years.

@LinzeeMarie says:

Strong men create good times, good times create weak men, weak men create hard times, hard times create strong men.. and it starts all over again

@nareik8393 says:

Theo, you’re the best brother, feel those feelings, I was never on anti depressants but for 10 years of my life I used anything I could get my hands on to mask trauma. It’s tough to get off of anything, and the amount of emotions you feel once your chemistry is back to normal is definitely overwhelming. But it gets better and processing feelings and emotions becomes so much easier. We love you gang

@fatherfreedom1946 says:

Someone please timestamp this – I know you’re out there and like doing that kinda thing. We will love you forever lol

@jeremybignell2003 says:

Theo is real and vulnerable and thoughtful and downright human.

Tony ROBbins is fake and manipulative and greedy and the exact opposite of why i fell in love with this podcast years and years ago
