I try so hard not to worry about things but it doesn’t seem to work. I hate my life. I never even asked to be a part of this. If I had a choice i would not be here. I hope I don’t live a long life because I’m ready to go. I don’t know how to be happy and free from worry. These teachings don’t work for me I’m so broken.

I saw in the video Eckhart Tolle had some coughing. I just found a special food to make people's gut healthy and strong immune system. Would love to tell Eckhart Tolle in person if it is possible. I was enlightened by his books and teaching, he is a great spiritual teacher among many the others. Thank you, Eckhart Tolle

I'm reading The Power of Now with "Awareness" by Demello and "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels this month. It has been a vacation for my mind, helping me to realize how cunning the ego is and how beautiful silence and stillness are.

Dear Eckhart….

I am so filled with gratitude for you and all your work and for sharing that knowledge with us… at the moment I’m trying to be very present, as I have a very close friend who lives in Tel Aviv Israel, and in the last few days I have been unable to reach her or should I say I’ve tried to reach her with no response… and the only way that I can handle the anxiety I feel or the uncertainty if she is safe is to continue to practice presence over and over again and keep speaking to myself and positive thoughts that she is safe and she is OK…
If anyone reading this knows this answer does a Eckhart do a video on the subject of losing someone in this manner, or not knowing if someone is safe and OK that you love ?
I feel distraught over my friend and this position I have never been in before, so this is all new to me. I’m not sure exactly how to cope with the emotions that I’m feeling other than to keep remaining present and keeping my thoughts as positive as possible.
And by the way, Eckhart
I hope you feel better ❤

Tiffany Joleen Bowser Dimeco says:

About two years ago, during a time of DEEP suffering and frankly a general sense of not knowing who I was anymore (because everything I had defined myself by had vanished, due to poor choices on my part) I started seeing things on Pinterest pop up over and over… that I had never been exposed to or had interest in. One was quotes by Eckhart. Particularly persistent and I kept reading them and swiping past… because they made zero sense. After about 2 months… one day I stopped and REALLY read what was appearing. A little opening, a softening happened and the next day I went looking for this guy Eckhart online and realized he was an author. I jumped in my car and went to Borders Books and found his Power of Now. That night, in a quiet house with soft music playing on around page 65 or so… I had my first Awakening. It’s been deepening and evolving for two years and occasionally I have the experience that something much deeper is moving my hands and directing my steps and the “little me” has stepped back and dissolved into that spaciousness. Liberating is an understatement… I want it to stay… but it hasn’t stabilized yet. Each day I listen to Eckhardt and thank God and the Universe for bringing him into my life. Thank you Eckhardt. You are saving humanity from themselves and bringing the peace and happiness that we ARE more fully into this dimension. With great love and appreciation, your friend. Tiffany🦋

Hi eckhart. Hooe you're feeling okay. I hope you're not getting sick friend. The cold weather is nice and refreshing I love it. Um be safe eckhart. PS the fall cycle is bringing me a great inner peace as a HSP. Rather than move north the cold front has been good for me in the south. I like to sleep and meditate be peace and uh … feel high on being stillness. It sucks because I cannot force my self to be still. It depends on the environment and the intelligence of consciousness. I hope that with fall and winter the universe feeds me continue peace. Love you be well eckhart.
