Eli Nope says:

I agree in so much that I should not add to my own suffering. But I don't agree that I should make any attempt to take responsibility for someone else's actions.

I could just as easily tell a starving person that their suffering is in their mind even though they feel it in their belly.

Use any form of upset as signals that more awareness is required, you become present. Any form of upset is caused by your mind.
Thanks Eckhart. 🍓🌷😇💝🤩🦓🍕

Roger Lin says:

Your sense of self is illusory construct of the mind and inevitable leads to misinterpretation and sufferings.
In this construct, you don't realise your sufferings are caused by your state of consciousness. You think they are caused by factors outside.
Thanks Eckhart. 🏄‍♂️🎆😇🎶🤩🌴🍕🍁💝
