The volume is way too low…..

James Russell says:

You see, when, I'm this enlightened state. What ever you do, you will have fun with it.
Be able to tolerate anyone, not even on single thought, just listen and when over, get back to your intention.
Do your best not to multitask. One thing at a time. You see what's in fro my of you, you smell it, hear it and maybe touching it.
Your mind is open, all senses are on what you are doing. The world around you, the nothing's, the creations are not there, along with you, you're not present. Your body is in the present, you are not, this is the flow.
To me, this space, the flow, it's between the present and the future. So, while your body was working effortlessly, you could see what's coming, allowing you to create or do something to move certain situations in ways that makes operations run smoother.
This kind of behavior gets noticed, acknowledgement, attention a d recognition will show up. This show of appreciation on their part, how it .Ames you feel, it can't touch the what you got to experience knocking out a challenge.
What can I do to always be prepared for any challenge? Even an unplanned challenge?

James Russell says:

What is my purpose? To be a great gathers of knowledge. The can be no perceptions, no assuming or asking questions, except for directions.
A fearless explorer wakes up to intent. The nothing inside you knows nothing about the brain making all these wonderful chemicals throughout the day.
The nothing doesn't know the difference between easy and hard or difficult. There is no such thing as a challenge, a challenge is something to do.
What is to be taken away from any challenge, activity, task, ordeal or conflict is knowledge, improve on problem solving skills.
So, what do you have, a nothing that allows the brain and body to do as they wish. And they do as long as the nothing does everything right.
What am I to do with my life? When, you wake up full of intentions. An open minded to each moment that comes. The opportunities will be seen.
Call it the Laws of Attraction. Some say, God is blessing you. How ever it happens, which ever one you take. Your state of mind will open doors.
Look around you, the businesses, cars, the people and their clothes and buildings, trees, birds and air. All of it is a creation.
What you do with each moment of your life is a creation. If, you want to start a business, every step is a creation.
The same is with a job, every step you make towards a promotion or raise is a creation.
It's what we humans do best. So, dont you get it? The more knowledge we obtained and the more we are peace within ourselves. The better your creativity and intuition will work for you.

James Russell says:

This was the way all of you were like in the first two years of your life.
It wasn't the terrible 2s, you went through, it was the nothing which has only one function, To Grow, any way, any how possible, It's fearless.
To change the course of an intent, something of greater value will do it. There is no such thing as time for the nothing.
Due to living fully in the present, unaware of your actions, the level of productivity, and the occasional magic show.
"time flies by, yet, it seemed as though it had actually slowed down"
What happens, when, you always apply yourself 100%. A lot gets accomplished, you'll find yourself ahead of time.
All things on Earth are treated equal, not one thing, living thing is more important than another. Care for it all equally important.

James Russell says:

Try letting go of,What is my purpose? What are we doing here on earth.
What is joy? It's like the word happy.
My childhood was very unusual for any child growing up anywhere in the world, more likely so, in America.
It was very much like a monk. The first six years of my life, active meditation for the first two, and passive for the next four.
At age six, I returned to living in active state. This meditative state, which is the constant use of a circuit in the brain. Which is to never have a wandering mind.
It's silence for the most part, unless, someone talks or something in nature talks. It's mostly silent.
When, the past doesn't exist, how can there be a me? How can there be a me or I, when, there is no knowledge through the senses of there being a me. I am not my body.
I am not my body, my brain, my heart, soul, my spirit, and so on. I am the nothing.
It is when, we live in a neutrality state. Which is a active meditative state. Often, times, we will encounter new experiences. These moments are completely new, so, the pause happens.
For a brief few or several seconds, a pause happens to allow the beginning of a moment to feed your brain through the senses.
This open state, which is to be fully present, to have a silent mind. Allows time for your brain to process the on coming moment.
Now imagine, all day long, some intent has you on an adventure. Even if, the experience last 15 minutes, it's a journey.
What do you suppose entering a moment with an inner thing going on inside that says, Let's see where this goes?

James Russell says:

Find a nice place in your home or somewhere, a park will do. Meditation, get settled in, what ever position works best for you. Look around you, take it in. Smell the air, take it in. Listen to the sounds, take it in. Feel the temperature, feel the chair, the ground, take it in.
Now, say, I do not need or want to change what I see. I do not need or want to change what I smell. I do not need or want to change what I hear. I do not need or want to change what I feel.
Accept all that you see, smell, hear and feel. Allow all that you experience to flow freely, as it was before you sit down and how it will be after you have stopped meditation.
The moment isn't about you or about what you are experiencing through your senses.
It's allowing the moment to be itself. Look around, smell, listen and feel. Nothing is right, nor is anything wrong, it's not good or bad, negative or positive. This is neutrality.
There are no names or values or identifying with what you see, smell, hear and feel.
It is the nothing, the nothing has no name, no means of being able to describe it, it is just there, here all around us.
To fully relax, find the calm, the peace is to pull all your attention and interest from you and apply it to the nothing.
I do not exist, therefore, I am a part of the nothing.
When, we arrive at this state of mind. We are free of all agitations. We are free of pressure, concerns and worries about all that we see, smell, hear and feel.
The use of less words, will result in less negative emotions, less negative thoughts, less negative opinions, less negative comments about all that we see, smell, hear, feel and even taste.
Everything we do should be like an experiment. And it doesn't matter how many times we try something.
When, we let go, stop identifying, allow the nothing to do what it always does. Being without pressure, we are able to perform, make things happen. #theflow
So, sit down something and let the nothing show you how it lives, how it experiences life. #resilience

James Russell says:

33:00 When, I listen to his talks, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, especially, Wayne.
It's great, over the last ten years I have been schooling myself on studying how I lived in the first 30 years of my life.
The last few years that he gave talks. What I have found on YouTube. Really brings back another life of, once lived.
It's been a strange life. Lived one way for a very long time, success came easy. The other way, success, not so easy and not fun, to experience joy, meant doing something.
It's an amazing and will ride, living outside yourself. There's no fear of anything, because, fear never existed.
Think about being able to endure extreme discomfort, pain and keep going like that never happened.
I'm going to finish listening, now.
