Everyone has an ego. The secret is to have a healthy one that doesn’t totally “run the show.” We weren’t taught this as children – very few people know that, when they are watching the movie of their life, it’s the ego that is running the projector. As you evolve spiritually, you begin to check your ego more. It will always be there. Recognizing it keeps it in line.

@ZSBBR says:

Ob serving the mind, the thought, the words, the composition and how do they coorperate! Well good luck! If a thought cones and you know that is wrong to think that way the only way to escape someones recommended thought from handling is to take over your life and your thoughts and make charge of it not for someone else. You need to do it for you. We have been teched always serving others. Which disables them to live by them self at least in that way that you do not need to destroy something or somenes life to get satisfied.

Ego is the act of insolence in testing out real life scenario under a false pretence of a promise or promises on the minds of valued individuals then depending on the target it is either fulfilling or removing that said promise in the same way a rug is pulled under one’s feet by the trusted offender or kicking someone once they’re down, for the purpose of validating own self, be it worth or otherwise, it’s is always at the expense of the valued individual
