Tolle reminds me of who I really am, and what is only surface. Thats seems obviuous, but are hard to realize. Takes practise. My brain is filled with thoughts that prevent me from who I really am. Thats an old habit, that I am reminded about 24/7, when in contact with most other people. Wonder how you are managing that challenge, when you ask the same question like me.
I am not worry what I look like, I am!
Pain body is essence, essence is pain body, so we don' need to decline our pain body, and we don't need to find out our essence, is't it? When master said"I am full awakened."It is not show off, and no matter how awful your daily life is, you are awakening, is't it?
Why an awakened people should deny his karma? and to pretending be a perfect?

Yah, that brings back memories. It was literally like being found and pulled out of your battery cell pod for the dogs, corporations and religions to seek and destroy.
You are not the body and mind you are Eternal Spirit trapped in the body,you have forgotten over many incarnations.
The matrix is your own bio computer virtual reality Brain machine that keeps you in the illusion of being a physical Being in a physical world via the Nervous system and the five senses ( the fallen Angel and Original Sin or Original mistake metaphors)
Meditation Separation is the ancient practice of putting the body and mind to sleep but staying AWAKE and ALERT inside and separate from the body and mind until you remember and EXPERIENCE yourself as Eternal Spirit again.
If you remain in your original state after Meditation it is known as Self Realization by Yogananda, Samadhi, Moksha, Virtue by Socrates and the Stoic Saints, heaven within Luke 17 21, Awake as Eternal Spirit again -Buddha, Samadhi, Moksha, Nirvana, Satori,leaving the body ( going inside) but not dying Socrates Ramana Maharishi and Krishnamurti .all the same .

As for as i was criticising the sound qualitity in some older talks i was happy for a few seconds that an investment in a modern looking microphone seems to have been done. But sorryly now only the sound quality of the noise is better. And now not only the words are distorted but the silence between the word is destroyed. The questions arises:can ego create noise? Good question. Maybe investing in better technic does not help, but a sound check before with a young person can. Never mind . and in some cases cables can be black as they have been always.

Understand the DIFFERENCE, between the human Body, ( just part of a 'STORY' you are observing ) and "LIFE The Real Self", The LIFE of GOD, which is Non-Dimensional, and in NO WAY represents, nor even remotely looks anything like any species, including the human species !
