@Jason-cz3bv says:

You just gotta shake off those bad vibes and negative thoughts. You can’t let yourself become a victim.
The more you practice conscious awareness of your thoughts and strive to be positive and happy and practice self-love, breathing exercises and meditation, the less you’ll have bad vibes and negative thoughts from your subconscious. But you have to practice these things on a daily basis to make it work.
And it will. Just keep practicing every day.

Today my mind was spinning its negative yarns n my body was reacting to it feeling shit but then I had an epiphany. I could die at any moment do I want to live life this way or appreciate the little things that happen n be grateful. As Eckhart has said "die before you die" this is my pointer for today the only day.

@DirectorHMAN says:

Yeah and also the opposite is true. Where the denial or repression keeps you stuck in the same patterns. I guess recognise the patterns and parts that need awareness but dont make it your identity

@dne7226 says:

So o found out this at yhe age of 45. I realized that the pain from my heart generates my bad mood n reaction. Not only that, it puts us again n again in painful reality. So , it all starts from the mind. Mind finds stuff thats missing. Like nicotine or bad past. In order to recreate the pain. Thus this frequency n energy transfom in to reality or events that make is through painful experience again or being victim.
Watch out of our complaints or words.
Watchout our mind thought.

How i knew this, from chanting Gayatri Mantra ॐ every single day until the awareness guides

@msuniverse1663 says:

And feeling yourself being a victim of events or other people is not a nice feeling @ all. 🙏 Thank you for this informative video as usual E.T❤

@karenlu2612 says:

We need more publicly preserved information of how to recover from traumatic childhoods. I know very few people who didn’t have a traumatic childhood.

@kimberlyschultz4680 says:

I find this shaming 😢 Child abuse victims work hard to overcome the way they wired our brains and to state this is controllable without a ton of work is plain wrong amd harmful to others who catch all the unconscious projections.

@AUniqueHandleName444 says:

I find myself ruminating on the rather awful teachings of Buddhism. It has easily been one of the most joy-destroying things in my life. I'll get over it.

@kimberlyalbrent3316 says:

God led me to this man when he did his first book with Oprah & it changed my life I only did the first 3 chapters & now I see he has tons of stuff. I will be watching more. Not to give him the glory because the glory is God but I do believe that he has been anointed by the lord to bring us out of the darkness the devil has sunk us in. THANK YOU Echart from the bottom of my heart for ALL you have done for me. You helped me to heal my pain & move forward in a positive present instead of a negative past. I owe you so much, If it hadn't been for you my mother & I would not have had a positive relationship when she died in 2009. Keep up the good work 🙂

@adamtoth1956 says:

It depends, if you are thinking about it in a constructive manner, in order to ease the burden, and emotional consequences of trauma, and have the right thinking methods, tools in order to do it correctly, that it can help a lot.

@paulhardman1087 says:

So sad that some people feel this way, and then the dawning this is me.

@TheWayOfRespectAndKindness says:

Half truths. It’s important to recognize the effects of our actions. Victimization is not the fault of the victim. It happens. And it takes time to recover.
