I am slowly but surely learning being mindful. Watching your posts helps a lot.
How can I stop thinking while staying awake? I'm walking in nature, and spend as much time with animals as possible, but it's not enough, like I'm 20% of non thinking then the thinking takes over & 80% becomes alot of negative thinking 😢
Less thinking brings peace.
Such simple such wonderful ❤🙏✨🌺
Eckhart is a true blessing and gift to entire mankind from Divine…

To ET: stop overkill.
Zen is no thinking while awake.
That’s also peace.

I just love Eckhart Tolle 🧡So much truth and wisdom and a great sense of humour too❗️
Thinking is useful to find solutions for challenges.
Consciousness delivers these solutions.
The more conscious you are the less hard the same challenges become but the more responsibility you have to take for your actions.
This means at the same time that you have to take bigger challenges. ❤
Great stuff man ❤
