How can I stop thinking while staying awake? I'm walking in nature, and spend as much time with animals as possible, but it's not enough, like I'm 20% of non thinking then the thinking takes over & 80% becomes alot of negative thinking 😢

@christo6002 says:

Thinking is useful to find solutions for challenges.
Consciousness delivers these solutions.
The more conscious you are the less hard the same challenges become but the more responsibility you have to take for your actions.
This means at the same time that you have to take bigger challenges. ❤
